Brown Crab

If you have bought and eaten crab before it is likely to have been Brown Crab. They are full of juicy and flavoursome crab meat both white and brown meat. The large claws of the brown crab contain large amounts of white meat perfect for salads and crab cakes. The body of the crab contains the more savoury brown meat which is ideal for crab souffles and potted crab recipes.
